You see it everywhere, people doing yoga in their fancy yoga shorts and ops. But what if I told you it doesn’t always need to be that way?!
Yes, you don’t always have to get changed to do yoga.
Especially when you are feeling a bit sick.
When you are feeling under the weather, the last thing you want to do is change into another outfit. You just want to stay in your pyjamas.
And that is totally fine! There is no judgement here. I’d even say it’s better to do a little bit of yoga in your PJ’s rather than doing nothing at all.
