We don’t always have the time to do a full yoga sequence. Sometimes we have to choose which regions we’d like to focus on during our asanas.

If you are looking for a yoga sequence that tackles the legs and a little of the abdomen as well.

It’s a very short sequence, so ideal for those who don’t have the time. I would do this one in the morning. It’s flowing too, which is always amazing for mornings to wake you up.

It won’t spice up your entire day, it’s just a gentle bit of moving around to get you energy swirling around to get you out of your house.

This sequence will be only on the back. This means that you don’t have to get up at all. Which makes it great for those lazy days that you can’t move too much around.
